Roasted Corn & Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients

2 cups corn (grilled and cut off the cob - or- frozen, thawed, & sautéed in 1 Tsp. of oil in a frying pan until golden/slightly charred)
1,15 oz. can of black beans, partially drained (reserved excess liquid to add in, as needed, at the end)
1 small red pepper, diced
1 jalapeño, diced (removing the seeds)
4-5 green onions (white and green parts), sliced
Small piece of red onion, diced
Juice of two limes
Cilantro or Parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
Mixed all ingredients together.
Add in extra the extra liquid from the black beans, as desired, for creamier texture.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
